“Worth of reccomendation.”

The location is amazing. The view from the villa is beautiful. The bus stop is right in front of the entrance. The owner is so nice. He explained to us everything and was very hopeful. The room is bery clean and everything what you need is there. One of my best stays.

Nice apartment in a house with several apartments. The host has a small reception, he is always available. Parking right next to the house. Large well-equipped kitchen, good bathroom, comfortable seating. The terrace has a nice view of the old Zadar and the harbor. Nearby there is a shop and a cafe, a short walk or bike ride to the center, and the beach is also a short walk away.

The location is very good and easy to reach by car. Villa is placed right by sea, and sea view is very pleasant Darko is very friendly host, who takes care of the whole place and always wiling to help if you need anything If you want to relax in Zadar in a really cool place, close to the main attractions, definitely choose this villa

“A great place to stay with a fine host”

What a fantastic holiday, and glad we chose to stay here. We were delayed, but Darko was a fantastic host, and stayed on to meet us with the keys, and as it was late showed us to our room straight away. We saw him the next morning, and he was a great host and guide giving us a map with advice, and restaurants to try (all of which were superb), Our flay was spacious with everything you could possibly need for a stay, and spotlessly clean, with a view from the balcony over the water. It's not right in the centre, but it was nice to stroll along the seafront, and then use the boatman to get to Zadar old town (on advice from Darko). It was so nice to feel so relaxed and well looked after by a great host, in such a nice, quiet peaceful location, that is not too far away from the sights and things to do in Zadar. Would thoroughly recommend staying here for a serene holiday, with the town centre, and old town not too far away and easily walkable.

Its location right on the beach. With view to the historical old town The the land lord is super friendily and helpful with a lot of advice for planing our program in town and also excursions.

Proximity to city centre. Very helpful and friendly host who provided lots of information with a map of the city. He was the best host we met in our two week trip.

Very nice welcome and introduction to the area by the host, who was always available and helpful. Good location for a first time visit to Zadar for access to beach areas, old town and many restaurants nearby. Beautiful view across the sea to the old town especially at night. Well equipped apartment, comfortable bed, efficient air conditioning, towels changed after a few days.

Excellent location within walking / rowing boat distance from the Old Town. Peaceful. Very helpful informative friendly host. Darko spent time advising us of local places and he went above and beyond to help us with our car. Much appreciated.

Excellent value for the price. Located right by the beachfront, with convenient on-site parking in the property's yard. The old town is about a 25-minute trip away, and the host is very friendly and helpful, providing all the information you need about Zadar and the surrounding area.

“Fantastic short stay in a welcoming city”

Great location, good sized apartment. Darko is a welcoming, knowledgeable and very helpful host. The large balcony was a great spot for an early morning coffee watching the busy harbour’s Apartment had everything we needed and is spacious.

Staff was fantastic. Location is fabolous. Size of the apartment was very good. I had everything I need and plenty of comfort.

Great break in Zadar. The host went above and beyond to make sure the stay was memorable. He was always available to help with any questions or needs, and welcomed us with booklets and advice on how to spend our time whilst in Zadar. The restaurants recommended to us were outstanding. The apartment was clean and well facilitated for our stay, with amble space. Would highly recommend.
