At a distance of 300 metres from the beach, the family-run Villa Gravic is located in the Diklo area of Zadar. The villa offers fully equipped apartments and a seasonal swimming pool. Free Wi-Fi and free private parking are provided. The apartments are facing the south and feature terraces and balconies. The location was perfect for us as a family to calm down after a few days of travelling and exploring Dubrovnik and Split. Quiet!!! Just what we love! Walking distance to the beach and supermarket Tommy. The property is not far outside Zadar +_1.9km €5-7 with Bolt!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Really nice little pool and pool area, great for cooling off after sightseeing in the centre. Fairl short bus or taxi journey to the centre / Old Town of Zadar.

“Quiet location apartment”
apartment in a quiet location. Perfect for a 2+2 family. The children really liked the warm pool. Ivana is always ready to help with any questions. Turtles live in the meadow next door. Only one thing was missing - a washing machine.

Apartment was lovely with a great balcony and pool. Great location for the beach. Ten minutes on the bus to Zadar Old Town. Very friendly and helpful host. Would definitely stay there again but would stay longer next time.

We had a great time at Villa Gravic. Ivana was extremely nice and helpful. The apartment was perfect for 2+2 family, well equipped and very clean. Kids loved the pool! Highly recommended!

The apartment was spotless. Pool was lovely. Location was great too. A supermarket and bakery a few minutes walk away and the beach with a lovely cafe at the back of the supermarket.

Very clean, friendly, welcoming villa with all the things you'd expect when staying in an AirBnB. Only negative was that it was a bit of a walk if you wanted to reach a beach with sand and not pebbles. Other than that very good stay and I'd absolutely would recommend it.

Ivana, the host, was amazing! She was so helpful during our stay and explained everything we needed to know about the area. She even helped us get to our ferry! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and Ivana made our stay so much better.
