Great location in the old town but still quiet. We self-checked in and it all worked fine but the outer doors can be a bit sticky so need to give them a good push.

Lovely room, clean, comfortable bed and good bedding. Separate bathroom with a fantastic rain head shower, extra (fluffy white) towels and plenty of hot water. Good air conditioning in the bedroom. Very quiet even though it’s in the heart of the Old Town just off the People’s Square. Small terrace with a table and chairs for two.

Very central and easy to find. Comfortable apartment and nice bathroom. It is a good place from which to explore the old town. Owner was in contact to check we had accessed the apartment.

“Perfect, in every way!”

This is our second stay at this beautiful property. The apartment has everything that you need. We particularly like the supply of teabags for a nice cup of tea on arrival. Bathroom, bed, provision of a fridge are all additions to this super apartment. It’s a small space but has absolutely everything you need. Stones throw from the main central Square. The host, Jana, is possibly the best out there at the moment. Super efficient, immediately available and provides absolutely everything you need at the drop of a hat. Fantastic customer service.

“Excellent Stay”

Location is perfect. Walking distance to many amazing restaurants and shop as well as the Kolovare beach and Sea Organ. The apartment is clean with facilities up to 4-star-hotel standards. I like how it even has air-condition in the bathroom. Jana has been super responsive and helpful. Her restaurant recommendations were on point.

Very good place for a short stay in Zadar. Great location in a heart of old town. It is cozy and comfortable apartment with everything new inside, air conditioner and pleasant interior design. The apartment owner, Jana, was very helpful with providing different information about apartment, surrounding and attractions in Zadar. It was a big pleasure to find cold bottles of water after a long trip to apartment under a burning sun.

Perfect, centrally located in the old town, the apartment is in an atrium between buildings which is great as the street life noise doesn't disturb your stay. The room is tastefully furnished, and quality of furnishing and supplements is as in 5 star hotel room. The bathroom is even more elegant. Blinds and windows nets are providing additional comfort. We felt very good for choosing to stay here for our short, 3-day stay. Our host was very friendly and pleasant, great in providing us with all the information. We'll be back :)

Location is excellent. We were right in the middle of Old Town and so surrounded by lovely restaurants and shops, close to beaches, and had practically everything we needed.

The room was beautiful, just like the pictures. It was large, very clean, comfortable with a large bathroom. The location is great, just off People’s Square but tucked away and quiet. Our host responded to messages promptly. She was very kind and helpful, particularly when our travel plans had to change due a ferry cancellation. We we happily stay here again.

From the initial booking the host was in touch, making sure that everything went smoothly. The property in the heart of the old town, but still out of earshot of any late night revellers. The room was impeccably clean, with comfortable mattress. An abundance of pillows, and comfy chairs. Quite simply, it’s perfect.

Such a well presented room. Clean, air con essential at this time of year. Very central to the old town which was amazing also.
