Actually our reservation was moved to other property of the owner, because of problem with hot water. The new location was in the centre of old town in Zadar and it was great. The owner was kind enough to move us to the other property for our convenience. I believe both location are great

“Highly recommended”
The location is perfect The rooms are very quiet, we didn’t here anyone from other rooms and if you close the windows it is perfectly quiet, you can’t even here the cars outside (but the street is pretty calm anyways) Every room has its own boiler so you can have hot water whenever you need it. The bed was very big and comfortable For me it’s always important to have a warm room and there wasn’t a problem with that either. Can’t really tell you about hotter months but there is AC so it should be ok as well. Highly recommend!

“Perfect location to see and do everything a tourist would want”
Perfect location just outside the old city, within a few minutes are you are right in the middle of where you want to be, close to all attractions. Close to local shops and also a very nice restaurant below.

Reasonable newly renovated room, next to the old town of Zadar. Pictures are real. 4 star is realistic. Automatic key-box check-in. Off-season car parking can be managed. Good caffe house on the ground floor.

Lovely room and apartment block. Excellent location right by old town. Easy to walk to restaurants, port and transport links. Host was quick to provide refill of hand wash and toilet roll when needed.

“Wonderful stay within minutes of the old town”
Excellent location. Close to lots of restaurants and the old town. Room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. Very comfy bed. Brilliant shower facilities. Lovely cake shop on its doorstep. Very good value for money. Would definitely book again.
