We loved the decor, the immaculate cleanliness, the homey feel. Anita had put so much thought and passion into this place. Most of all, we loved her welcome. She is a special person. She was so attentive and really went the extra effort in making sure my husband could watch a special match on the tv. Her recommendation for beach and restaurant were A12

“Great place to stay in Zadar”

Anita is so nice to us! Our flight got delayed so we came after the check in time, but she was so calm and wanted us not to worry just take our time. She explained where to eat, visit and the best way to get to Zadar center to us. The apartment is clean and tidy. The location of the apartment is very convenient, with bakery and supermarket just 3 mins away. So we got fresh bread in the morning. We had a wonderful stay there. Highly recommend to anyone.

We have travelled to Croatia on 7 occasions, and this was the best experience in apartman-type accommodation to date. The cleanliness and willingness of the host to help with any enquiries was great, as Anita was exceptional in going over and beyond to accomodate any of our needs. The location of the apartment is within easy reach of beaches as well as Old Zadar town, but is still relatively quiet for a good night's rest. To any tourists that require an apartment for 2 people, I would highly recommend this accomodation!

Fully equipped apartment, kitchenette with coffee maker, microwave, stove, fridge, pots, cutlery, plates and glasses, everything you could need. Also cosmetics available and towels, changed every two days. Excellent location to the center and the beach. Nearby bakery, restaurants, shop and pharmacy.

The apartment owners are so kind and warm-hearted. Upon arrival, I received great information about the city and the apartment. The place has everything you need and more - better than any hotel. There’s a bakery and a mini-market very close to the apartment, as well as great restaurants, and the sea is also just a short walk away

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, Anita made us feel so welcome. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and gave us great local tips and recommendations. The apartment was spacious, super clean, and well-equipped with everything you could need during your stay. As a bonus. There’s a bakery and a supermarket nearby, and even there were free bicycles available, which can make exploring the area so much fun! Anita really goes above and beyond to make sure her guests have the best experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Zadar.

I highly recommend these apartments. The room was very clean and fragrant. In it we found everything we could have needed. A very kind hostess who informed us about famous places, restaurants and entertainment. It's a place you want to go back to.

The best holiday apartments in Zadar. Quiet, peaceful location. Free parking space, own bicycles, fully equipped kitchen (espresso machine with capsules), very comfortable bed. The apartment was super clean. Also, we have our own entrance and outdoor chilling area with a patio. Anita welcomed us very warmly, gave us a map of the city, and told about all the attractions so we felt really like home and even decided to prolong our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Apartmani Sara in Zadar. The Apartment has everything you need and is set up with lots of beautiful Details and love. It is very modern and was super clean when we arrived. Especially the bed was very comfortable. Also, we were really happy about how the Apartment ist located. It has a Supermarket and a bakery really nearby. To the ocean it takes only 5 minutes by foot and you can reach the old town in under 15 mins. Also it is a beautiful Walk by the Harbour. 10/10 for our stay at Anitas Apartment!

She explained everything, recommended things to do, and communicated smoothly.
