The hotel is well located (about 15-20 minutes' walk from the town center and the beach). The room was good, with a nice balcony and air conditioning. The welcome was very warm. The owner gave me very useful information, was available throughout the stay and very helpful, especially when booking a cab.

“Friendly stay in Zadar”
Very friendly owner who made us feel welcome. The appartement is close to cafes some shops and the ocean and in walking distance from the old town of Zadar. We had a lot of privacy and good airconditioning. We had a lovely time.

Property was 15min walk to Old Town It had a great view from balcony over area The room had excellent air conditioning and good amenities Zoran (owner) was so kind and helpful - from giving directions to sharing his fondness for Scotland (biased I know haha!) He was always around to assist - a very welcome experience in Zadar

Lovely welcome by the owner.Explained everything re wifi directions to the port supermarket ect Asked what time we wanted breakfast which was good value for money. Roo.s clean and nice to have a balcony.
