Perfect location - particularly ideal if you have a car as there is a private parking space - it’s a very short walk along the marina to get into the old town, and to the beaches the other side. Had everything we needed for a 2-night stay and Lidia was super helpful, always quick to reply and gave us good recommendations for restaurants. Would absolutely recommend!!

“Unique stay in local area”

A lot of effort has been made to make this apartment unique and comfortable, lots of little extras like an iron and ironing board, bathroom accessories, dishwasher, umbrellas, recommendations for dining and activities was extensive. Very friendly hosts live upstairs, Lidia and her husband are there if you need them but they are not intrusive. Bed is comfortable, outdoor area (weather wasn’t good for us so we didn’t use this). Location was perfect for us, we were traveling by bus and it was only 15min walk to station, 10min walk to Old Town. The building was slightly tricky to find initially, the area doesn’t look touristy, it is more local but the presentation of the apartment stands out from the tired older buildings around it. The sunset in Zadar is amazing and we enjoyed a meal at Providur restaurant. We would recommend this apartment.

If possible, I would rate this 11/10 .. Lydia is a super host who accommodated our multiple requests and made sure that our stay was super comfortable...her attention to detail of the facilities was of the highest degree (Ex - Plastic bag rolls, honey, umbrella, washing machine detergent, cutlery etc.).. All of this made for a fabulous and unforgettable experience.. thanks for hosting us ...

We had a super friendly and helpful greet on arrival, the room is spacious enough with little touches like coffee pods and a bottle of water in the fridge. Bed is comfy, shower is good. We loved the little terrace (you have to climb out the window so not suitable for limited mobility). We would absolutely stay again. The location is also great and parking a huge bonus, its tight so you'll need to bring some skills!

Near Old town and harbour. Apartment is very nice. Kitchen is well equipped. We managed to cook all our breakfasts and one dinner.

Our host was so sweet, she greeted us upon arrival and made arrangements so we could park car early - before check-in. Apartment was well decorated and stocked with everything we needed. Location was great, quick walk into old town; plus easy to get car in and out for exploring and trip to Plitvice Lakes.

The room was very beautiful and had everything you need, including a washing machine and a good coffee maker! It was all taken care of very well and the location was perfect! Just a short walk to the center. We came with a car and could park it there! I would definitely recommend!

The host family was very nice and friendly, we felt ourselves very welcomed. The apartment contained all necessary appliances and has a good location: close to the old town and beach with a little walk.

What a fabulous find. A gorgeous garden apartment, with parking, in the heart of Zadar, just moments walking from the marina and the old town. The facilities are excellent and the decor is beautiful, and Lidia - the owner - is very nice, and extremely helpful. We loved staying here and would come back again if we are ever in Zadar.

This review could be very long, and we'd never finish saying positive things. This apartment has everything you need to be comfortable and much more. The host, Lidia, is friendly. She left us everything we needed for breakfast: cookies, coffee, and toiletries. We didn't lack anything. The kitchen, the super-comfortable bed, and everything were tastefully equipped. And of course, the washing machine. Everything was great.

A beautifully decorated apartment with everything you could need. The location was perfect for both the old town and the beach. A quiet hide away.
