“Pleasant and cosy”

It was very close to the beach and the downtown of Zadar. The building was modern with a lovely design. The breakfast was amazing.

We booked one Winter Special Suite and we found it huge, like an apartment. Well placed on the sea side, has blinds on all windows for sun protection and micro climate preservation inside. Well equipped with all necessities. Walking distance from the Old Town, all near sea, about 25 minutes to the entrance. Parking space clean and well protected inside yard. Breakfast is served in the Karma restaurant which is below the building. Very consistent breakfast, well served.

What a location! Beautiful hotel in a lovely spot right on the coast. Staff team were very welcoming. Rooms are clean, well equipped and spacious. High class finished bathrooms. Lovely roof top pool. Would highly recommend.

This was one of the best places I've stayed in recently. Awesome staff. Excellent service. Everything I needed was in the room. Everything was so great that I couldn't find anything to complain about.

“Lovely apartments a short walk from the busy old town”

Nice restaurant on ground floor, although on the expensive side compared to others. They will supply food and drink to the pool area too. Not much around the apartments in the evening but an easy 20 min walk to the old town, which is what we wanted and full of bars and restaurants. Very small pool on roof but nice deck area with great views across the sea to islands. Tiny reception has limited hours but very helpful when manned and organised a taxi return for us to the Airport. Massive Supermarket 10-15 mins walk opposite the main bus station and car hire place in that area too. slightly later checkout available depending on next guests arriving.

Fabulous restaurant downstairs if you didnt feel like cooking in the beautiful apartment. The restaurant was open early and closed late, Friendly staff and you could even do a takeaway if you wanted to sit on your balcony and watch the ocean view. Absolutely gorgeous place to stay.

This is our second stay at La Vista Suites and we couldn’t be happier with our week. The apartment is modern with chic furniture and amenities and the view is divine. The location is great, an easy 15min walk to the old town and the best little beaches in Zadar right on your doorstep. Highlight is having Karma restaurant downstairs which serves excellent meals and great staff.

Great place, with a perfect view and really close to the Beach. It's arround 20min walk to the city center, but for us was an advantage :)

Perfect spot for a relaxing stay. Big clean room and fantastic rooftop pool. Also the restaurant downstairs is good and serves drinks and food to the pool -bonus! Perfect location - right by the beach and easy walk to lovely Zadar.

Pool and restaurant

We had an amazing stay! The accommodation was perfectly clean and comfortable. The hosts were welcoming and made everything easy. Highly recommended!

Staff were incredibly helpful, room was huge with good facilities. Lovely view from balcony. Decent car park if needed. Loved the roof terrace. Restaurant below with good breakfast. Location was walkable to the old town but meant it wasn’t crowded. Beach at your doorstep with a selection of restaurants nearby.

“Relaxing Holiday with Sea View”

We really enjoyed our stay! The apartment had a great sea view, a beautiful pool, and was very well equipped. The location is perfect — right next to the beach, which also has a nice beach bar and a shower, and just a short walk to the town center. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and the restaurant on the ground floor was excellent for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We would definitely come back!

“Excellent accommodation just needs a few minor improvements”

Fantastic new property well located opposite Kolovare beach. Approximately 30mins walk or 7 minute taxi into old town. Lovely rooftop pool with stunning view.

Really nice room with huge bed and balcony. About 15 min relaxing walk along small roads and the coast line to old town. Beach right across the street and rooftop pool with loungers and amazing sea views. Room was quiet, even being on first floor with the restaurant directly below. View was overtop the restaurant canopy, but was still nice sea view. Beach towels provided which was nice.

Everything was perfect in our apartment, we have been upgraded to superior bigger apartment, which was on second floor with beautiful sea view. There’s nice rooftop swimming pool, with some sun lounges.
