Great location, easy to walk to most things from the apartment including the Sea Organ and boat trips. Nice and clean apartment, plenty of space for the three of us.

“Nice apartment in a perfect location”
The apartment is in a great location with good facilities. Everything was clean and the property felt secure. Contact with the booking agent Ivan was excellent. Very quick to respond and gave clear instructions on how to access the apartment. Having a drying rack on the balcony was great as we were in the sea often so we could dry swimwear and towels quickly.

Lovely apartment. Really clean & beds were nice & comfy. Shower was also good. 👍 The apartment was also in a great location with everything close by and easy to find. The owner let us use the apartment to store our luggage for the afternoon which was much appreciated. Great communication from the owner throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend staying at this apartment. 🙂👌

The location, in the heart of the old town. The contact with the owner, for the arrival, during the stay (helped us with all our questions). The balcony, to hang wet towels or clothes. The tourist information in the drawer.

“A gem in the heart of Zadar”
In an excellent location in the old town ,the apartment itself was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need for a family a real home from home .Ivan the host was very helpful and let us check in early.

“Great location”
The kitchen did not have a coffee maker or a microwave. There is no couch to sit on. The location is central in the old town and a coffee shop just outside the door

The apartment was very clean the location was fantastic never more than a few minutes away from all the main attractions right in the heart of city centre but quiet side street just a few little things the apartment was really well equipped however a microwave and toaster would have been great as oven an grill took a while to heat up and maybe a small sofa to watch TV but all in all the apartment was beautiful an staying right in the heart of the old town was amazing Ivan the host was very helpful booked our airport transfer for us very clear instructions on checking in and out only a phone call or message to him if you needed anything an he got straight back to you so thankyou Ivan would highly recommend this accomodation
