“The stay was nice, but this apartment is best if you plan to be out all day because of kindergarten in downstairs.”
My favorite part of the stay was definitely the beautiful view of the sea right from the window.

The room was clean and offers a great view. The host provided very detailed self-check-in instructions, and the process was smooth and hassle-free. Having a parking space at the accommodation was very convenient. Although it takes around 30 minutes to walk to the Old Town, it’s only a 5-minute drive, which made getting around very easy. There is also a supermarket nearby, which is a big plus. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay!

Location and apartment was modern and well equipped. Cafes and supermarket in 3 mins distance and old town not so far and quite. Balcony was good for sunset views

First of all, this is extremely well equiped apartment. You have everything you need even for a much longer stay. Everything is new in the apartment, the kitchen and the appliances, the bathroom, and so on. You have your own parking spot, which is on a covered lower level, and your car is safe from the sun. The view from the balcony, which is pretty big, is excelent, and you can watch the sunset from here. The owner is very communicative, gives you all the information you need, and makes it very easy during the stay. In overall, i will definitely stay here again when I visit Zadar.

Close proximity to the old town, new building with the garage, modern interior of the apartment, very comfortable beds and beautiful panorama-view from the balcony. Communication with the owner was smooth and self check-in instructions very clear.

tried to get info early on the process to get access and the keys, but my requests went unanswered, only got them on the morning of my arrival (as I had been travelling for 24+ hours would have liked the details earlier)
