“We had a very lovely stay here.”
There is a fantastic park nearby with everything you can imagine and more! Zadar old town is approx 25 mins walk so no problems getting in or out and only cost 6euros for taxi when we felt lazy. There is a huge supermarket about 12 mins walk away on the other side of the park. The host was brilliantly helpful and very considerate.

“Beautiful and peaceful stay”
We have just come back from a 1 week stay at this apartment and we can honestly say it was brilliant, the room had all the amenities you need. The pool and pool area was immaculate throughout the week. The host martina is lovely she gave us lots of reccomendations on where to eat and we are greatful that she helped us with a late checkout on the last day due to our flight being so late. In terms of location its roughly 25 minute to walk to the old town (or a €5/5min uber) and about 10 minutes to the Kaufland super market. 15 minutes uber from the airport (~€15).

The apartment is spacious and clean. It's on the ground floor and a bit dark, but has a nice terrace out front. Having free parking is a plus. Our host Martina was very nice. The apartment is quite far from the old town, but for those travelling by car it is not a problem.

“Amazing apartment”
The pool was so peaceful and the apartment was clean and tidy. The facilities were great and the hosts (Martina and Boris) were very friendly and helpful. They gave us recommendations for restaurants, Ubers, beaches and day trips. They were contactable at any point and were there to greet us when we arrived! The apartment was 30 mins walk from the old town but it’s an easy walk down hill on the way there. There is a large supermarket about 10 mins walk from the apartment. The kitchen/lounge area is big and has a couch, fridge, sink, electric stove and a dining table for 4-6 people. The terrace outside is lovely and really catches the sun!

“Good stay”
Great property. Pool was nice and we were only people in it most of the time. Bed was big and very comfortable, slept great. Our host was lovely and replied quickly to messages. Netflix on the TV was a bonus.

Martina is a lovely host. We arrived late at night in a rain storm and she was outside waiting for us! The Appartment is very comfortable and clean. The pool is great. Excellent place to have as a base for exploring the area. Car recommended.

The apartment had everything that we needed. Comfy bed, space to relax and facilities to cook. The outside area was clean and spacious. The pool was ideal. The location was quiet. Far enough away from the busy town area, but walkable with small café bars along the way. We are already thinking about returning next year.
