The place is absolutely beautiful and fully equipped with everything you could need, making the stay very comfortable. The outdoor seating areas are amazing, especially with the pool, which adds a special touch to the experience. Its location is perfect—close to the sea and to all services and near the city center, with all major attractions nearby. Everything is thoughtfully prepared, from barbecue facilities to sunbathing areas, making it an ideal place to relax and enjoy. Highly recommended!

It was about 15 minutes from the old town, we preferred a nice walk back and forth rather than the thought of trying to park each time. Condition of the apartment was fantastic, and Mislav our host could not have don't anything more to make sure we were happy with everything!!!

Nice modern apartment in a small block, very clean and well appointed. Great pool area outside with optional BBQ for guest use. Easy parking and walkable (about 1 mile to old city gate and 1.5 to sea organ further into town). Restaurant a very short distance away and supermarket around the corner.

“Ideal location great host.”

Ideal location only 10 mins from the Old Town. We spent most days by the pool and it was nice and quiet. Large spar shop 5 mins walk away and the bus station also just around the corner. Mislav meet us and showed us around and was very friendly. Pool was a good temperature. Highly recommend.

The apartment was clean and modern and everything we needed. The small complex had gated security. The main bed was firm and comfortable. The sofa bed opened up into a double and suitable for adults. The apartment also had 'guest' Netflix. The pool and garden was very well-kept and there were always enough sunbeds. Communication was very good throughout. The apartment is ideally situated, especially for those without a car. Zadar Old Town is 20 minutes walk. There's a big InterSpar supermarket 10-15 minutes walk away and a small shop for the basics just 5 minutes by foot. It's also only a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach and cafe. The long coastal path has stunning views and access to small beach coves, which were quieter than the larger beach during the Summer season. Something to note is that whilst some cafés and shops accept Mastercard/Visa cards, others only accept Euros cash, so it's good to keep some handy. The pre-booked taxi service from the airport was well-organised and cost €35 cash each way. As two female travellers, we appreciated the taxi firm providing the driver's name, car and reg number beforehand.

“Great spacious apartment - great location.”

Great property. Spacious living areas and bedrooms. We were in the ground floor two bedroom apartment overlooking the pool. Large wardrobes in the bedrooms. There was a small seating area outside for our apartment - this was near the entrance of the property and stairs to other apartments. Host and staff were very friendly. Great location for walking into Zadar old town. The pool area was really nice with large grass area and bbq/ dining area. Pool area was never too busy - even in August.

Location was fab and we received such a warm welcome! Pool was amazing and there's a lovely restaurant around the corner which is great and perfect for families! Would highly recommend.

Great location close to the beach and within walking distance of the old town. Wonderful swimming pool and outdoor area to relax. Everything was kept clean and tidy.

“Decent, convenient and friendly host!”

Mr Mislav is a very kind and friendly host. He greats us warmly upon arrival and was ready for us half an hour before checking-in. The house was very clean with everything well-equipped. The kitchen got all utensils you need and the bedrooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom is also decent. We also like the pool. For location, it was the best place I ever booked since it’s only a 15 mins walk to the city centre and around 7 mins walk to the beach with a very clear water. There’s a supermarket 8 mins away and we got everything we need from there. Bus station is also just opposite supermarket, so overall this place is very accessible and convenient. After going to the national park I was suspected I got bitten by some insect and after I seek help from Mr Mislav he immediately sent his friendly cleaner and she took us to the emergency which is only 5 mins away. Felt really warm. Overall this place was decent, convenient and with a friendly host.

We loved the location and the pool and garden area. The property was very clean with a lovely little terrace. We received a warm welcome from the host and had a great stay. The beach is very close - approx 5 minute walk which we loved.

Lovely stay. Sweet and nice host, always ready to help. Amazing pool, comfy furniture at the pool. Location is perfect, stores and a few restaurants nearby, quiet area. Close to pretty beach. 15 min walk city center with lots of restaurants and souvenirs.

The location is fantastic. 5 min walk to the beach and 15 mins to the old town. Poolside is a bonus and not too busy.

Great location, close to the beach and 15 minute walk to the old town. Restaurants and bars nearby. Apartment was modern and well equipped. Pool area was a bonus. Complex was gated and we were able to park inside. Host was friendly and even left us a welcome gift

Pleasant host, a modern and spacious apartment. We had our own private sun terrace at the rear which was a real sun trap. The pool was 30 degrees even in late April. The location was great very handy for the beach, the central bus station and the supermarket and about ten minutes from the old town. On a quiet one way street.
