“Very good for a short stay and happy to return”
We were greeted by a very friendly host and were given enough info to help us make the most of the one night stay. The room was very very clean, and the bed was one of the best I have ever slept in. It is only about a 1km away from the beach and it is in a busy traffic area so there are shops around but hidden behind tall building so it is still very quite and comfortable.

Renata accommodation is absolutely stunning, clean, comfortable, close to old town and the sea. Renata was the best host at all the time! We arrived at 10.30 pm she waited for us and we were planning to sleep. She recommended visiting solar panels and singing stairs because it's fabulous in the night. We stayed one night. It was worth it 👌 Thank you, Renata, for making us love your town very much!

“Excelent place to stay in Zadar”
The parking is very easy. The room is very good with a place for meal (2 bistro chairs) and all the equipment that is in the description of the room (description very accurate) Renata also left one bottle of water and some coffee and tea. Despite of having stayed only one nigth, this room is in my list of good places to stay.
