“Beautiful holiday destination”

Lovely friendly staff. Bedrooms clean and tidy. Hotel lovely and beautiful scenery of the beach. Lovely stroll around the complex and sunset by the beach. Building work going on around the complex but you could not hear the noise and it was not disruptive. Food amazing, everything and more you could eat. Children’s entertainment rooms were fun, soft play, games room, outside play area. Though it’s not in the shade so full time sun the slides were too hot to go on but early morning and evening it was ok for kids to use.

In hotel bar you are served poorly; it is probably not that staff is not ok, but mostly there were obviously not enaugh staff for so much tables they have to serve. It is not acceptable to wait to be served for 30 minutes or more in bar in the hotel with such level. It was not once, it was so every day. Neverthless, it was not the case just when hotel was packed but also whene it was not. A beach near the hotel should be taken care of a bit. They can learn from Vrsar for example…

Excelent facilities, great pool, slides, beach, shadow areas etc. All facilities for trolleys and children . They have super professional manager Miss Marina who arranged everything we needed

The hotel's location is impeccable—absolutely fantastic. It’s at the end of Zadar, boasting an unparalleled bay and a long stretch of coastline. Many might think this season isn’t ideal for seaside walks, but I thoroughly enjoyed it—not cold at all. We stayed for three nights, with breakfast and dinner included. The meals were excellent for the first two nights, but on the last day, likely due to fewer guests, the food quality dropped a bit—breakfast included. Overall, though, it was great, and we were mostly satisfied. I want to highlight that the housekeeper on the 5th floor is extremely hardworking with incredible efficiency. He’s a young Filipino man, and I have an immense liking for him. I don’t mean to belittle anything about European hotels, but he brought back the familiar speed and friendliness I’ve missed from Asian hotels.

I was visiting your hotel last week. Everything was good except one important thing: When I was leaving hotel last Thursday morning it supposed be a taxi 3.20am I'm ordered on reception day before to go to aiport - but didn't came in - i was waiting with my wife and my baby 1.5y old. Man on reception say he don't know nothing about my taxi - he say it was booked 3.40 - this is nonsense !! He didn't want to take any responsibility for that he say he didn't do that mystake - someone make a big mistake - finally taxi arrived in 30-35min later i was in rush with my small daughter especially when nobody from the hotel want to take a responsibility for this situation Very shame You loosing reputation
