Great location, style and comfortable apartment with good sound isolation and all necessary and even more included (coffee machine, dishwashing and washing machine, hear dryer, iron…), friendly owner and everything in 5 minutes walking distance.

A very cosy apartment in the centre of Zadar’s old town with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent and walkable, with plenty of things to do nearby. Elena was very helpful and always responsive, making the stay even more enjoyable.

This is an exceptionally nice modern holiday rental flat in the center of the old town of Zadar. The flat was excellently decorated, clean and extremely comfortable with a large bed (maybe a kingsize double) and effective air conditioning. I did not use the cooking facilities, but there appeared to be a reasonable selection of pans, plates, cutlery, etc. in almost new condition. I did make use of the washing machine and it worked well, although I couldn't a manual and had to search the internet for instructions. The bathroom was large and the shower worked well. I was slightly confused by the instructions for gaining entry to the property, however two quick phone calls to Elena and the problem was sorted out in less than 5 minutes. She was friendly, helpful and efficient throughout.

Great location in the center of old town, easy communication with the host (code for keybox) and the apartment has everything you might want (clean, air conditioning, equipped kitchen, modern bathroom and plenty of space). We enjoyed our stay very much! Keep in mind that there are several flights of stairs and no elevator. Apartment is on the top floor and has a lovely balcony.

The room had everything you need for living. Very clean and located right in the center. The best location to explore Zadar. Check-in and check-out were easy and straightforward.

The location of the apartment is right in the historic center of the city, right below the apartment there are groceries, ice cream parlors, bakeries and other shops. The terrace has a view of the towers, but at the same time the terrace is more private. It is completely suitable for a short stay for a couple.
