Great host, perfect location and there is everything you need.

Full kitchen with a couch and TV. Big refrigerator to cool the beers. Plenty of space in the apartment. Short way to to old town

The facilities were very modern, Mateo was a brilliant host - he kindly greeted us for the check-in and was available if we needed anything, and the ideal location. Overall a perfect stay, we’d be sure to come back to this hotel if we stayed in Zadar again.

The location is perfect, just outside the old city walls, across the bridge however, on a very quiet street. There are restaurants, Coffee-shops, bakeries in the nearby. The apartment is very well equipped (air-con, washing machine, microwave, tvs), and is decorated on a modern good-taste way. Very easy to find a parking spot (free) on the street.

Very near the historical centre and oppozite the Vespa Club Zadar - our priority. Silent sleeping. Parking for our Vespas and our Pick-up Fiat Ducato. Transfer us and our baggages to the apartament by Dino's privacy car.

A great stay at City Marine Luxury! We stayed in the apartment for 4 days and were very satisfied. The location is good - close: center, shops, cafes. The apartment itself is clean, new, cozy, fully corresponds to the photos. Inside there was everything you need: equipped kitchen, air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, comfortable bed. The owners are very hospitable and always on call. We were able to leave our suitcases early in the morning and walk around the city before settling in. I can safely recommend these apartments for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

Mateo was a great host, even meeting us on arrival to walk through the flat and making himself available for any questions. The apartment was very clean with a new modern interior and had great amenities. The design felt luxurious. Very quiet location despite being so close to the Old Town, so it was easy to get good rest but also get back to the action in just a short walk.

“Best stay in Zadar”

Perfect for a four night stay- the furniture was comfortable and there was everything you would need. It was particularly helpful to have black out windows and ac, as it got very hot outside during the stay! Our host was also extremely helpful with information about anything in Zadar and meeting in person upon arrival for a smooth check in. Would definitely book again!!!

Location was perfect - quiet, but only 5 mins walk to busy old town. Very clean & comfy with plenty of fresh towels etc. Mateo who met us there, was a fabulous host & even organised dinner at a super restaurant for our special 40th anniversary- just excellent 👌 the chocolates were a lovely touch & fresh milk, water and coffee were an added bonus.

Modern, clean and great location. Close to Marina and 10 mins walk to the old town! Restaurants, shops are close by. Room was well equipped with shower, 2 large TVs, washing machine.
