This property is fabulous. It was spotless. The host is so nice. The place is big and comfortable for all of us. Everything you need is there plus more. The location is perfect with the beach right out the door and the city centar and so many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Perfect place with a reasonable price.

The host Tatjana was fantastic. She was there to meet us even though we were very early. She had ladened the apartment with so much amazing food and drink. She booked our first restaurant for us and was super helpful in general. The apartment is spacious with 2 big bedrooms and 1 smaller one. The kitchen had everything you could want, and the balcony had great sea views. Its location could not have been better with a private beach and being right next to the old town.

Everything was wonderful! The apartment is equipped with everything you need and the furniture and interior decorations are elegant. The location is excellent, you get off the block and enter into the sea. Thanks to Tania who was an excellent host!

“Perfect place for family holida”

Perfect location to the old town, own private beach, own parking place and very nice host. She understood our situation and tried to give us good experiences. This apartment has all stuffs what I needed for my holidays.

The owners were very friendly and professional. They welcomed us with amazing cakes, wines and a starter pack. It was an Olde world decor but the kitchen and bathrooms were awesome. As was the sea views and balcony. Ideal location just on the outskirts of the old town and right on a lovely residential private beach.

The apartment is exceptional. Everything was perfect, from the bedding to the equipment and the space (2 bedrooms, dining room and living room, 2 bathrooms + large kitchen). The location was perfect; the beautiful beaches of Zadar are within walking distance, the old town is a 5-minute walk away, and convenience stores are also nearby, with a large supermarket just 10 minutes away. The sea view from the bedrooms and balcony is simply stunning. And to top it all off, the apartment has direct access to a small private pebble beach. The owner is very friendly and attentive. Upon our arrival, we were surprised to find that she had stocked the refrigerator with groceries, considering we arrived on a Saturday evening and supermarkets were going to be closed on Sunday. She thoughtfully provided us with supplies. In short, everything was perfect.

The location is perfect, by the sea with a small private beach, close to other beaches, city centre and the old town. And the apartment is very nice, spacious, and with sea view from the balcony. The host, Tanya, was very helpful and friendly.

Everything about this apartment is exceptional; the location, the facilities, the space and the host. The sea is on your back doorstep and the old town just a short walk away. The apartment is spacious, clean and beautifully furnished. Best of all Tanja is a wonderful host, very helpful and responsive. The full fridge we found on arrival at the apartment left us speechless.

Where to start .. this was possibly THE BEST Apartment and host we've ever stayed with and we've stayed in a fair few. Firstly location is perfect for being close to old town but still able to enjoy the quiet and the water. It has its own access to the sea. The apartment is beautiful pictures don't do it justice - could quite happily have moved in forever ! Host was fantastic from beginning to end, gave us amazing help and amazing supplies. Absolutely everything! Tanya is the kindest most helpful and thoughtful host you can imagine. She not only picked us up from the airport but welcomed us with beautiful Croatian food. Her apartment is like a home. We couldn't have asked for more!! We will never forget her hospitality. The flat is located two minutes away from old town, it has a breathtaking view and most comfortable beds! I only left today and already planning on returning!

“Amazing location”

The apartment is really great! Lots of space, clean, nice design! Location is simply amazing, close to beach and old town. Also the host Tatjana was extremely friendly and helpful. We were happy to find full of drinks and food fridge and the assistance with all our issues. Highly recommend!
