“Excellent Accommodation”
The room is exactly as the photos. Fantastic location. We loved sitting at the open window watching the world go by, so relaxing. Central to bars, restaurants, and the sea was a 1 minute walk. Would definitely stay again.

“Perfect”
Absolutely pefect. The appartment had a wonderful view of the central forum in the old town of Zadar, and to the sea(2min walk). Very nice airconditioning and perfect for a stay to learn to know the town. Would certainly recommend this place!

“A great first experience of Zadar and we will certainly return and would be happy to stay here again”
The location is absolutely perfect, central for everything. The apartment was very modern and nipping clean. Also very quiet when the window is closed. The Window….well…..when is a balcony not a balcony? The fully opening window with automatic lifting blind and half height railing is perfect. We spent time watching the world go by in the Roman Forum below and the lovely blue sea.

“A pefect location, great appartment with a super host”
The location is perfect, as it overlooks the square and church. Despite being in a key location, it was quiet in the evening and nice to hear the church bells in the morning. Opening up the main window made the room feel larger and it was great to overlook the square in the evening. The host was super helpful and responsive to any questions we had.

It’s perfectly located for all Zadar has to offer. a short walk to the nearest beach and close to the heart of the old town…literally across the square.

“Fantastic”
Cannot recommend highly enough. Accommodation was in old town square with sea view, We left the apartment sand within a minute were swimming in clear, clean sea. Everything we needed was minutes walk away, shops, restaurants, boat tours. Our host, Loris, could not have done more for us, always available and quick to reply to messages. Fantastic,

“Clean, well equipped room with a stunning view.”
The property was in a perfect location - with a great view of the promenade and the sea. Right in the middle of the old town with restaurants and cafes all around. Still quiet at night. The room is very modern in an older building. The stand out feature is the large window which opens fully to act like a balcony. This is a brilliant place to stay in Zadar.

“Just book it! You won’t regret it.”
1. Excellent location right besides the Roman Forum with 2 mins walk to all restaurants and bars and the Riva beach. We got quite lucky to see some musical concert from the room. 2. Elevator access to the room - very rare in Zadar old town. 3. Great quality furniture in the room and bathroom. Large bed with good air conditioning. 4. Nice sound proof windows and dark shades so night sleep is guaranteed. 5. Road access at the doorstep of the building- also very rare in old town Zadar. Uber/Bolt taxi could find the accommodation quite easy. 6. Very prompt service with just a WhatsApp message away- polite and efficient service.

“Fantastic room - great location , clean and had all required facilities”
Fantastic location. Right by the Roman forum and 5 minutes walk from the Sea organ . Restaurants , cafes , shops all very close. We spent every evening sat by the window looking out at the forum -there wasn’t a balcony but it was as good as one Facilities in the room were good too - included tv , aircon, hairdryer and fridge and a nice shower. Very clean room .
