Our second visit to Zadar staying at this apartment. perfectly situated in the Old Town with a beautiful view over the Adriatic. The apartment is extremely comfortable and well equipped including aircon, cooking, laundry etc. The owners are very professional and are at hand if needed. I wouldn't hesitate to return a third time.

Beautiful apartment on the first floor of an apartment block which is about as close to the sea and famous Sea Organ as you can get, in Zadar. It is a corner apartment & there is an opportunity to enjoy the wonderful views & glorious sunsets from the two balconies. Modern, spotlessly clean & well equipped. Aesthetically furnished, comfortable beds & abundant hot water. Close to all the sites, restaurants and bars in the Old Town. Our host, Loris was friendly, professional & very responsive. We were able to arrange transfers to and from the airport & store luggage before check in. We would certainly stay at Aquamarine Sea View again, if we revisit Zadar.

Absolutely lovely apartment in a fantastic location situated on the sea front in the Old Town. Fantastic views from the small balconies overlooking the sea and ideal for watching the superb sunsets. The apartment has everything you need and Aircon in all rooms. Restaurants, shops, museums and historical attractions all close by and some wonderful walks. You can walk out of the property and jump straight into the crystal clear water for a swim, walk to the sea pool or get a taxi or bus to a nearby beach. Great communication from the owners who were very professional.

The apartment was even better than on the pictures. The host very friendly, supportive an very responsive! The apartment has an amazing style, is well equipped, modern and with an incredible view. I would even say it's the best location you can have in Zadar. Very recomendable! Definitely exceeded our expectations. So if you want to have a holiday to remenber, You need to book this one for sure.

Fantastic apartment and a great location to watch the sunset off your own balcony. Kitchen well equipped with pots, pans cutlery, glasses, and crockery everything you would need to cook and dine in the apartment. The host was great. Any request was dealt with right away, even allowing us to check in early and a later check out. Loved the fluffy towels. The beds were very comfortable, and air con a bonus. Remember to bring ear plugs, if you don't want to hear the sea organ all night.

The apartment is in a wonderful location and we were able to park easily on the street directly behind the building every day in October. The old town can be easily explored on foot from here. The apartment is tastefully furnished, clean and has a very nice view of the sea. We would love to come back next time.

Everything was amazing, location overlooking the sea by the sea organ was perfect, we loved sitting on the balcony watching the sunset! It was beautifully decorated and the beds and furniture were really comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed and the shower was fab! Loris the host was very friendly and helpful and replied to messages very quickly. We arranged an airport transfer through him too and it went very smoothly, had a lovely journey from the airport and a good chat about zadar - our stay couldn’t have been any better!

The localization of the Appartment could not be closer to the sea. Literally could see the pier and water from both balconies. It's interesting, well designed appartment with good beds.
