“Exceptional Stay – Peaceful, Spotless and Perfectly Hosted”

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Zlatko and can highly recommend it. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The owner was exceptionally kind, responsive, and always available. Whenever we needed anything, she responded immediately and made sure everything was perfect. We felt truly welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. The property is beautifully maintained, the pool area is fantastic, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a quiet, clean, and relaxing place to stay in Zadar, Villa Zlatko is an excellent choice.

We had a wonderful stay. The host was excellent and very easy to communicate with. The pool and jacuzzi were great, the views were beautiful, and the apartments were clean and comfortable.

The apartment was modern and to a very high standard. Large and spacious with a balcony and sea view. The pool was immaculate and the hot tub a bonus.

Nice apartments Taxi to apartments from Tina who was very helpful about the area . Zadar is stunning and would recommend . Very safe and family orientated with things to do for every age. When booking Can only pay by bank transfer /PayPal 50 % deposit and then either bank transfer 15 days prior or rest Cash on arrival. Ask for receipt and they will send. A bit strange as not How we normally do things but all good. Very Clean , and outside well kept , comfortable sun beds , jacuzzi clean and easily accessible from apartments , no problem getting a sunbed and everyone friendly Pool open 9 am - 10pm Request for quiet and consideration to others after this time due to neighbours and other residents , as the property is in a residential Area Comfortable bed and bed linen and towels and all very very clean and in good working order Quiet location with water very close by . Host - Taken over by owners two grown up children Andelko and Anna- friendly / professional / some confusion prior to book in but sorted. Supplied WhatsApp number for any problems and a quick response .Friendly and Very personable which made a huge difference. Easily accessible to old town zadar via uber/ bolt or local bus stop at back of apartment or a 20 minute walk - Bus costs 1 .40 per adult to old town and uber generally between 4 and 8 euros one way -we tended to get bus from outside the back of the apartments (number 8 ) into the old town and uber back , also a lovely walk following the water which takes about 20/30 mins Some polite suggestions to improve customer satisfaction Welcome pack - tea / coffee/ bread etc - even if needs to be paid for by client Iron and ironing board If poss being able to log into Netflix or prime on the tv Few more cooking utensils - baking tray or dish so can use oven Information how to work appliances and a bit about local area for customer information e.

“Excellent stay”

Lovely host, very accommodating, apartment was spotless, as were the other facilities (pool, Jacuzzi, outdoor toilet). Close enough to walk into the Old Town or get a short taxi ride.
