1. The apartment is incredibly clean, and the owner takes care of every single spot. 2. Air conditioning is in all rooms - working and clean. 3. Parking is next to the house. 4. Owners are always kind and welcoming persons. 5. The kitchen is equipped with all needs. 6. Nice big balcony in both apartments. 7. House is located in a very quiet place. You won't hear any noise from outside. No cars passing near, no shops, no loud neighbours.

“Fantastic apartment! Great value for money.”
There were so many things we liked! Firstly, the host was lovely and really easy to contact if we needed anything. The bed was huge and comfy. Amazing balcony. Hard to find any faults with the property to be honest.

Everything was great: the apartament was very clean and has lot of utilities like well-equipped kitchen, washing machine and more. Landlady was very helpful. Localisation of the object in the city is also good.

I love everything about this apartment. We have been to other apartment in other town before coming to Ruzula and I can say this one is exceptional. Even it is a bit far away from the old town of Zadar but I just love love love it. The outside of the apartment is beautiful, the area around is beautiful. And the inside the apartment is just wowwww!!! Absolutely have everything you need. And so clean and big, beautiful bedroom, living room , big kitchen, beautiful view and nice surroundings. Big and Nice terrace. And our host Ana was so adorable, she was so so kind. I will definitely recommend to all my friends. Thank you again Ana for this beautiful hospitality.

“Great place for a vacation!”
The apartments exceeded our expectations from the photos. Everything was thoughtfully arranged for our comfort. The hosts were incredibly hospitable and attentive, always ready to assist. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary fruits, a lovely addition to our stay. We will definitely be coming back here again!

Ana was an absolute pleasure host. Apartment was very clean and tidy. Kitchen/bathroom fully equipped. Bed very comfortable. Very specious and bright. We loved our breakfast in the balcony 😋

“Very enjoyable stay”
Firstly Igor and Ana are wonderful hosts, very thoughtful and caring. Fabulous apartment, immaculately clean, everything you could possibly need for a lovely holiday. Bed very comfortable, plenty of towels, bed linen etc available in apartment. It is in a residential area, about 30 minutes walk into town very quiet and peaceful. Uber Approx 4 euro if you get tired of walking up the hill home. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Our flight meant we didn't get to the apartment until close to midnight but Ana greeted us with the keys and lots of helpful info. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well stocked with lots of handy extras like coffee, kitchen roll,washing up liquid etc. and we had a welcome bowl of fruit. We were in Red apartment. The rooms were spacious, the bed comfy and the balcony offered a view of one of the islands and the sea - a lovely place for breakfast and in the evening. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area but there are shops for all the basics and a cafe bar nearby. Lidl is a little further away but still walkable. A walk to the Old Town takes about 40 mins but, depending on the time of day, a trip down to or from the Old Town or marina only costs £2-£3 with Uber or Bolt. Ana was a wonderful hostess and we would highly recommend Rusula Apartments. We hope to return!
