“A quiet little apartment adequate for our 1 night stay.”
It was adequate for our 1 night stay and an easy journey to the airport. Nice quiet location. Self check in was very easy and a helpful video provided on WhatsApp. We inquired if we could could check in earlier and the place was ready at 11.00am! This was much appreciated.

Very clean and comfortable- as described. Aircon was very good and host was excellent at responding to ou request to leave luggage for longer on our departure day. Great communication before arrival.

“Fantastic !!!”
It is very comfortable , modern and clean . There is everything you need . The owner and and his mum are so kind and nice . We were given fresh tomatoes from their garden ( they tasted delicious ) and cherry liqueur , we felt like home 😀. It is 20 minutes by walk to the beach Kolovaro and 30 to the Old Town . There is Lidl ,Shopping Center , bus station . It was a fantastic stay .

“Fantastic!”
We had a fantastic time in Jakov's property in Zadar. The property is just a 10 minute walk from the bus station and about 15 minutes from the beach, making it ideal for those wishing to explore both Zadar and the surrounding areas. There is also a bakery and a supermarket very nearby. The property is spacious and has everything you could possibly ask for. The outside area is fantastic and the shade offers good protection from the heat of the Croation sun. Jakov was always on hand to assist us, answering any questions we had within minutes. We would highly recommend the place!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! On our first night, we discovered that the hair dryer was broken in the midnight. The owner replaced it with a new one the very next morning, which was incredibly quick and thoughtful. Additionally, after we checked out, one of our friends realised she had left something in the bathroom. Even though we had already departed, the host went above and beyond to find a way to return the item to us. Their prompt responses and dedication to ensuring we had a comfortable stay truly impressed us. We highly recommend this host :)

“Good place for a short stay”
