Overview
Only 20 metres away from the Church of St. Donat and 40 metres from the unique Sea Organ and Greetings to the Sun Monument, these modern apartments in an ancient stone house come fully equipped. The nearest beach is just 40 metres away. Set in a 700 years old house, the oldest house in the historic core, each apartment is fully renovated and offers air-conditioning, free Wi-Fi, satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen, with a fridge, coffee maker and utensils. There is a bathroom with shower cabin in each apartment. From the east side of the house you have views of the St. Donat Church, the Cathedral and the remains of a 2000-year-old Roman forum and a Roman temple. The west side overlooks the old romantic streets, the Church of St. Francis and the Franciscan Monastery. You can book transfer services, excursions on a private boat or to the surrounding National Parks, Big Game Fishing and parasailing on site. Zadar’s main bus and train stations are just 2 km away from Donat Apartments. The ferry port is a 5-minute walk away. The distance to the airport is 10 km. Free public parking is available in front of the property.

“Well appointed apartment in the Old Town”
Quaint and comfortable accommodation in a good location in Zadar old town. There was a car park. Karlo was very helpful.

“Would recommend”
Located in a quiet, peaceful part of the old town but a stones throw to the Riva and sightseeing spots. We had studio 6 which was more spacious than photos looked and well equipped for cooking/dining in if we had wanted, would have been great if we stayed longer than one night. Host was lovely, very informative and kindly offered to help us with our luggage up the steep stairs. Free parking was a big bonus although per previous reviews, the entry to the parking area is very narrow, although our host again kindly offered to guide us in. The car park seems to be on top of old Roman ruins, so is rocky and uneven but we managed fine with a small rental car. Would recommend!

“Great location, amazing host”
Great location, right i the centre. Very comfortable bed. They left 2 nespresso capsules for breakfast and there are supermarkets nearby so you can have breakfast at the studio. Karlo was very helpful and responsive. Gave us tips about how to move around the city. The access to the parking is definitely tight, but doable, nothing to fear.

Very convenient location, clean and tidy. The apartment is well presented but small. Parking is very tight to get into and very rough but its free 😊 all in all a lovely stay and a wonderful place to visit 😊
