Everything was amazing for our 4 night stay. jelena the host was extra helpful ,she let us have a late check out as we had a late flight back. Everything we needed was in the apartment Perfect location,just a 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach and a supermarket just around the corner.we will definitely be returning later in the year, 10/10 in every way.

“Great place!”
Jelena was a great host and the place is lovely! Very clean, cosy, felt like home. The kitchen had anything you could think of. We spent most of the time on the balcony - it has the sea view and you can watch absolutely beautiful sunsets from there.

The location is great, very close to the beach, five-minute walk only. I like the balcony. I could dry my clothes and from the balcony you can see the sea. They have free parking which is a plus for the people who come with a car. There is a small kitchen that you can cook also. They provide a bottle of water and a bottle of juice. The air-conditioning saved my life also.

The location of the apartment is literally perfect! It takes about 5 mins to the closest shop and not so busy beach. The apartment included a TV with Smart TV option which was great addition:)

Everything. Jelena is a wonderful lady and host - stunning seaview from the balcony - everything you need for comfortable stay in the flat, - even raptor against mosquitoes - 5 min to the beach on foot - 5 min to borik bus stop (ekonomska skola) on foot (bus 5 and 8) - 7 min to old town by bus , on foot quite long way - couple of small supermakets 2 and 8 min walk , big ones around 15-20 on foot - restaurants nearby, but I had dinner in old town What can I say? I'm happy I've chosen this apartment

We had an amazing experience during our stay in Zadar! Our host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home. The apartment itself was fantastic—fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay and an amazing terrace with a view as a bonus. The location couldn’t be better! The beach was just a 4-5 minute walk away. While it takes about 30 minutes to walk to the city center, it’s also easy to catch a bus for a quicker trip. Although we didn’t use the bikes that our host offered, it was a great option for exploring the area. We also enjoyed playing pool and table tennis, adding a fun touch to our stay. Overall, everything was perfect! I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Zadar.

So close to the sea. The apartment was amazing. Very spacious. Zadar is very close on the bus or by taxi as well. The owner lent us beach towels and beach beds to lie on. Would definitely recommend and use again.

The host is great, helpful and friendly! Location is 5 min to the sea. The room is spacious and all the facilities are good. There is a barbecue zone on-site. I am thankful for a great stay and recommend it very much!!!

We were very satisfied with the accomodation. The host is extremely kind, she responded immediately to all our requests. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and well equipped. The bed is big and comfortable. The entire house and its surroundings are kept in order, beautiful and clean. Parking next to the house.
