It is a very nice and clean location, with jacuzzi in the garden. Location of it it’s near by a local market in front of the shopping mall. You can walk to the old city center and other attraction located there. The host it’s a very nice gentlemen.

Really great place to stay in Zadar, close to the old town. The apartment has everything you need, is very clean and the jacuzzi available on the tarace will make your evenings cosy. The host is very friendly and helpful. We received a bottle of water, apple juice and a cake on our day of arrival. Private parking is available in front of the building.

We had a lovely time at this apartment, it was very comfortable and we loved spending time in the outdoor area. The owner was very friendly and gave us great recommendations to do around the area. For us, this was a perfect stay to enjoy the city whilst having the car park space and quietness of the suburb area. We would stay here again when we come back to Zadar

The host was very kind to meet us very late at night. We really appreciated the flexibility and kindness on check in and check out. Plus we went with our dog! The apartment was amazing, needless to say we spent most of the time in the jacuzzi

We stayed three nights in this comfortable apartment. Our host was very welcoming and responsive. The apartment was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was fine. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Kitchen had everything we needed. They gave us cake and fruit which was a nice extra touch. We appreciated the microwave to heat up leftovers. We were able to leave our car on our last day until we left in the late afternoon. Location is great. It’s a 15-minute walk into the historic part of town. We LOVED the jacuzzi and used it twice a day. We will go back next time we’re in Zadar. Highly recommended!

Owners were very friendly, it had everything you needed even a washing machine! Great location, easy to walk everywhere, hot tub was great, everything was really clean and tidy!

The host and his family were all really welcoming and helpful when I needed help (e.g.,I could not open the door and someone was immediately there to help, when I forgot an item at the apartment, I got it back on the same day). Upon arrival there were even a cake and a bottle of water and juice in the fridge, which was a big surprise. I also liked that there were some basic groceries in the kitchen (salt, sugar, oil, vinegar, coffee,some pasta...), so that it was possible to cook or make a salad. The location was really nice for me because I wanted to be close to the campus, the proximity of the stores and farmers market was also a bonus. And of course the Netflix :) I don't have it at home so it was good to take advantage of the opportunity to watch a few things I was interested in. I also liked that the apartment is in a "standalone" building, which means that there are no neighbours to bother you or vice versa. I did not really take much advantage of the outdoor space, so I cannot comment on that. Maybe there are a few things in the apartment that would need updating or a deeper cleaning, but overall the apartment was nice and comfortable.

We absolutely loved our first stay in Croatia. Damir and Smiljka were fantastic hosts, greeting us with keys and a cake! Fruit and drinks were left in the fridge for us which was a godsend as we arrived very late. They also showed us around the apartment, how everything worked and provided us with info leaflets about the area and maps. Apartment Teuta exceeded our expectations, very comfortable beds, quiet area, all the necessary facilities for cooking, washing, etc TV with Netflix and the hot tub is the cherry on top! The location is fantastic. Very close to supermarkets and about 15 mins walk down to old town, about the same distance to Kolovare beach. Also very close to the airport for transfers. On leaving, Damir and Smiljka gifted us with some cakes to take home, which was lovely. Couldn't recommend this place highly enough and if we visit Zadar again this is where we will be staying.
