Best location. Great outdoor terrace with BBQ. Great host.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Zadar! The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and went out of his way to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment itself was spotless clean, well-equipped, and very cozy. The location couldn’t have been better: just a 5-minute walk to the beautiful Kolovare beach, another 5 minutes to the main bus station, and a 16-minute walk to the charming old town. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Zadar!

“Very nice apartment with a great host!”

This is a very nice, modern, & clean ground floor apartment, with a secluded outdoor terrace, which is not overlooked, so you have total privacy. There is also a lockable metal door leading into the property, which is a great security feature. The bus station is only 5-6 mins walk, and the old town only 15 minutes’ walk away. There are several supermarkets close to the apartment. Goran is a great host, he's very friendly and is always available if you need help or advice. I would stay here again without hesitation.

We spent a very nice time in the apartment. The garden is the best advantage. It was nice to stay all the time outside and our daughter was very happy to play in the owner's garden with lots of toys and the swings. The location was great, just near the big supermarket, main bus station, 5 mins to the beach, 15 mins to the old town.

Really recommend place for stay , owners are so nice and friendly, place was clean , comfortable really pleased.location is close to beach, shops.... So sad in the end that I had to leave 🥺.

The apartment is located in walking distance to thw beach and bus station. The area is not noisy. We had a great stay, the bedrooms and beds are super comfy, private patio is great especially if you have kids. The friendly owner welcomed us with drinks and also provided us with some soda. Overall highly recommended!

“Superb location and great host”

The fantastic location, just a few minutes' walk from a large supermarket, a few restaurants and the beach. The Old Town was around 15 minutes' walk. The private outdoor garden with barbecue area, which is a perfect suntrap. The host, Goran, who was super helpful picking us up from the airport late at night, offered welcome drinks and helped orientate us on a map.

Great location for visiting Zadar, with all amenities within walking distance: 10-15mins from Old Town, as well as 5mins from supermarket and local coach station. The beach is also nearby. The property has everything you need, including a secluded patio area that receives sun all day. Goran is an excellent host and quick to respond to any queries.

The location of the facility is great, close to everything, large garden, quiet street, very close to the beach and market. The host was very nice and helpful. Great location for children, friendly host played football with the children.

Location is great, the area is very close to the city center, supermarkets, shopping centers and a hospital. The room has a private walkway and entrance, I felt very well protected. The room is furnished and decorated in very good taste, the kitchen is well stocked (including coffee, tea, sugar, salt, etc), even the knives were sharpened. Everything was clean, plenty of towels, big TV (I didn't use it), great WiFi! The host served me local drinks on arrival!

The apartment has an excellent location. The beach, restaurants, old town, supermarket, bus station are nearby. The apartment is clean, comfortable with air conditioning and a terrace with seating and deckchairs. The kitchen is sufficiently equipped. The host Goran is very nice, accommodating and fulfills everything you ask of him.

The apartment is great! It is located in a perfect location, 5 mins to the beach, 5 mins to the supermarket and 15 mins to city center. The host is very helpful! Apartment includes all essentials you need, very clean, comfortable and cozy. The backyard is a super addition for relaxing stay.

Goran is an amazing host - we were welcomed with a local beverage - great guy to be around! The apartment had everything you need and the outdoor fireplace is the perfect place to be when the sun goes down. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood - only 5 walking minutes to the beach and to the big shopping mall. The old town can be reached in 15 minutes. Also if you have a car you can park it in the garden and you have quick access to the big roads that lead out of Zadar if you want to visit the national parks like Krka and Plitvicka Jezera.
