We had a really nice long weekend in Apartment Alex. I've travelled quite a lot, but I think I never felt this warmly wellcomed before. Siblings Alexandra and Stanko were both so nice and helpfull during our whole stay. I felt like meeting an old friend. ❤️ The apartment was bigger than I tought, beautyfully furnished, spotlessly clean an fully equipped. A rose and the rosmary from the garden on the vase, was the cherry on the top of the cake. 🥰 The garden and the pool was perfect and there were plenty of room for all of us. Apartment is located on the hill and quite far from the supermarket, old town and the beach, but Uber is really cheep, if you don't have your own car with you. I'm quite sure I will be back.

The Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. They gave an apartment tour and even left some beers and big bottles of water in the fridge for us. Due to our flight back home being later on, after checkout they let us stay by the poolside. Even giving us towels and a place to change.

Superb apartment - spotlessly clean, spacious and comfortable, and a fantastic pool. Great attention to detail paid in equipping the kitchen meant we didn't have to worry about anything. Alex and Stanko are the nicest hosts we have ever seen, very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

Very spacious and very comfortable. Well equipped. Very clean . Good location. Very friendly, helpful hosts. 15 mins walk to supermarket. Excellent local bakery 5 mins walk. 30-40 mins walk to town. 6-10 euros in an Uber. On the bus route. Car hire very affordable.

Extremely clean, spacious and well-equipped ground floor 2-bedroom apartment. The terrace with table for al fresco dining was a real bonus and very well used. Apartment is right near the pool, but separated by a hedge of flowers so you are not overlooked. Pool area was very relaxing with great loungers and parasols. It is about a 30/40 minute walk into Zadar and 10 mins from a supermarket. Ubers are readily available and inexpensive. The owner was simply lovely too! Nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be returning 🌞

Everything was perfect! The pool was amazing and lovely to relax by. Room was very clean and well equipped. Alex and her brother Stanko looked after us during our time there and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Location was a 5 euro Uber to the old town and in my opinion the pool alone was worth staying a bit out of the centre. Overall a must stay if you’re coming to Zadar!

The Hosts went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. The room was perfect and much bigger than we expected. The Aircon was on to the perfect setting on arrival as the temp was in the high 30's. Swiming pool was beautiful with sunbeds and shower area adjacent.

While it is not located in the city center, the apartment will be a perfect match to those who would like to escape from the hassle of the city. At the same time, getting to the city is a 10-15 minute Uber ride or a 40-45 minute walk.

The property grounds were stunning, well maintained and the apartments were immaculate. Alexandra and Stanko are phenomenal hosts who really care about their guests. We would massively recommend this property to all types of groups and will hopefully return in future years.

“Lovely, spacious apartment with pool and garden”

Alex and her brother are lovely hosts, very friendly and welcoming. Alex met us at an agreed time and showed us around the apartment and gave us suggestions of where to visit etc. Her brother gave us vegetables from his garden, which was very kind. The one bedroom apartment is spacious and the bed is a good size and comfortable. The pool and garden are lovely. The apartment is about a 35-40 minute walk into the old town, which we did everything day and then caught a Bolt taxi back for around 4 euros. Definitely download the app when you get to Zadar as this gives you 50% off the first 5 rides. Obviously the apartments in the old town are far more central to everything, but they don't come with outside space or a pool so you have to decide what is important to you during your stay in Zadar. We were here for 6 nights, so we wanted a pool and garden. Thank you for having us Alex!

The pool, the pool, the pool! The garden and pool are fantastic. Exceptionally well maintained, the ability to lounge at the pool before, or after a hot day out is THE selling point. There aren't too many properties in the area with a pool so this is a huge benefit. But not only is there a pool, but it's also a really good one. Not too small, stepped entry, shoulder height, with sun loungers and quality parasols. Great for the adults as well as the swimming kids. The apartment was also very large with a huge sofa, large widescreen TV (Netflix), Four ring electric hob and fan oven which we used a few times. We also made use of the washing machine and air-con (sparingly). There is a very small store for essentials less than 5 minutes walk away, an excellent bakery 7 or 8 minutes walk away and a huge supermarket for everything you'd expect, 12 minutes walk away.

Owners were very friendly and gave us a lot of tips for Zadar. Had a great stay and would definately return if we visit Zadar again.
