“Zacatecas is a great city. The hotel is basic but ok for a short stay”
Staff were great!!! Massages with Alberto were awesome. Rooms were a good size but the balcony door was broken, the room door didn’t lock, keys kept deactivating, makeup mirror was broken, bathroom smelled like sewage, tap pressure on one sink was poor, light out on the ceiling, coffee supplies were low, one robe for two people, same for slippers, No Bar in the hotel and the restaurant was basic.

Breakfast was erratic. Buffet or no buffet unpredictable from day to day. Not sure what was included and what was extra.

“Zacatecas, beautiful pink city well worth a visit”
The staff were wonderful, good breakfast, easy parking, the view from our room was great. Just be aware rooms face a busy road with cars and loud music roaring past on Friday and Saturday night- which we didn’t mind at all.

The breakfast was good and the location is excellent and very central to everything we wanted to see in the city. Zacatecas is a beautiful city.
