On the first night I had to take a cold shower because there was no hot water. The morning after, I checked and still no hot water. I told the receptionist about it and at first it was hard to explain that the issue was real (I had been told that they never experienced such an issue and that probably I needed to wait more for the hot water to run down). Turned out the water heater hadn't been switched on. The second day we had the same issue, but this time the reception helped us promptly turning the water heater on. We liked everything about our staying, the hotel is beautiful and the staff is helpful. We just think that, considering the price and the service that the hotel wants to give, this kind of little incidents can be an obstacle to the effort of making this a comfortable place to stay at.
