The room and bed are dirty, the bathroom faucet is scaled (I don't think it was ever cleaned, it was so ugly). The restaurant and corridor were cold, there was no heating. The walls of the rooms are thin, all noise filters through. I notified the reception that day that we had arrived. Since the house was full, they could not give another room. When leaving, I indicated that I did not want to pay the full amount due to the problems mentioned above. The lady at the reception was nice and would have tried to solve the problem, but the manager did not. He didn't even come out from his room, we communicated through the girl at the reception. At first he said I didn't report the problems. I said yes, but I notified you. It's not my fault that the receptionist didn't tell about the problem to the management. I don't think it's my job to come down and tell the problems every day. Then the manager told the receptionist that since I booked on booking.com, I should contact booking.com, they have already paid the price, they cannot give a discount. Then the manager left, leaving the poor girl alone with the problem. I find this behavior outrageous.

Good breakfast,nice stuff. I wouldn't choose the hotel for holiday,but for work travel it was ok.
