There is written that we can use grill and top balcony, but the owner told us, that we can't even if there were only our group. The owner was rude and inpolite. She gave us keys without checking us in. Than she checked the rooms with us last day and told that everything is alright. The next day she want from us 160E for broken toilet seat and something, that was there before. The kitchen cooker wasn't working and we had to cook in room of our friends. Also we got scolded for using lights in the night at our balcony. The last day was check out in 10am, but she woke up us in 7am, that we have to leave. We will demand compensation. This isn't the way how to do business!!
