“Fantastic, Iw”

Everything. The private property is owned and managed by Maria and Andre. We stayed in 2 individual rooms converted from the original farmhouse. Maria and Andre greeted us warmly and could not have been more welcoming. Our stay was for 3 nights with the rooms being spacious, well appointed with all mod cons and very clean. There is no evening meal but Maria and Andre were always on hand giving advice on local restaurants and on one occasion taking us into Le Mans. The breakfast was continental style and more than sufficient, but Maria would help with any dietary requirements. The property is located adjacent to a lake with lovely gardens to sit in and relax.

Excellent, one of the best places we have ever stayed. Marie and Andre were very friendly and helpful, and nothing was too much trouble. The room was superb, everything was there that we needed. The bed was comfortable, the lighting was good, the shower was great, particularly liked the large beach scene wall. The breakfast was excellent and the location looking out onto a small lake was so peaceful and quiet, and yet only a short drive to the centre of Le Mans.

The hosts were superb, friendly and helpful. They did so much to make us feel at home. The property itself is interesting, quirky, has a lovely atmosphere and a beautiful location.

Lake for fishing, the owners prepared delicious breakfast, comfy beds and it was pr3tty close to the circuit.

Everything was perfectly organized. André and Marie do everything possible to make your stay enjoyable and easy. I strongly recommend.

Everything! The suite was fabulous - superb decor, spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent. And the owners are lovely (as is their cat!). I wish we could have stayed longer. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful surroundings and very warm welcome. The property advertises a microwave but doesn't supply cutlery or plates in case you wanted a salad etc. I'm sure these would have been provided if we had asked.

Beautiful place with lovely owners - quite a unique stay. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful.

The hosts were fantastic.on a hot day we were met with a cold beer and a warm friendly welcome. The room was immaculate.the terrace was lovely looking over the lake and the pool was lovely.and a very good breakfast included in the price..i can only recommend to anyone coming to le mans.would definitely return.
