Good location and easy to friendly staff

The location is great, it’s on the main road, and the 1st floor is a gear rental center. They offer free rides to the bus station with little waiting time which is very convenient. It would be great if there were a separate dry room for hotel guests to put our snow gears. They do offer free usage of the dry room at the rental center on 1st floor, but be sure to use name stickers to avoid mix ups.

The bathroom is shared but it's a real onsen. Excellent after snow activities!!

Very clean. Rooms were well heated and comfortable. Shared bath was clean and showerheads had good water pressure. Breakfast was also very nice.

Very convinient to go to Gala Kogen. They have all equipment for rental and special ticket discounts for 1 day pass aki resort. Staffs are amazing.

We get the full experience of a traditional tatami room with Futons for beds. The room was cozy, place was clean and the internet was fantastically fast and reliable. Air conditioning and electric heater was provided as it can get very cold.

Noise is a critical issue, but also the lowest cost in this area, the employees are so sweet, pick up us on station, take us to super market, next hotel...etc. so nice

The staff were very helpful and kind even at the most busy moment of the day. The pickup and dropoff service are beyond expectation. Lift tickets are provided in the best rate so you don't need to worry about purchase them in advance. Location was superb, Yuzawa Kogen gondola was just cross the road. They even provide boots for you to walk around so your own shoes don't get wet.

“A great choice for ski trip”

The staffs are friendly and helpful. I love their shuttle service to different ski resorts and the train station which made our ski trip much more easier. Also, the environment was clean and I was comfortable to use the shared toilet.
