“Nice envirnoment and service”
This is the second time I stay in this hotel although I think it is a little but expensive as the location is really convenience and the service is good. Also, the hot spring is really good for my skin. My skin (sometime I have rashes) is more stable. And this time, I was injuried during my snowboarding. They showed their care and proactively ask if I need help. Will definitely go again.

“Best of Yuzawa”
The hotel was very clean, unique as it’s shoes-free, and homely as we walk around barefooted or in socks. Love the ambience and how zen the how place is. Plenty of food options at doorstep, 5 mins drive to gala yuwaza gondola.

It’s a unique north country experience. Public and private onsen on site, floor is tatami throughout , stylish old style decoration, immersive experience. Beautiful premises.

“One of the best hotels we have stay in Japan!”
Everything! From the location, to the staff, and also the facilities. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. They offer free ice cream for supper, free ramen, free drinks and free yukata. The onsen is out of this world!

“Wonderful hotel!”
Incredibly luxurious hotel. Easy access to ski resorts and train station. My family of 4 had a wonderful 4 night stay. We loved the onsens and complimentary Japanese robes and other inclusions like free ice creams and ramen.

“Lovely stay with private onsen, great location.”
Location was convenient, close to the train station, with various restaurants nearby. Also have free shuttle buses to nearby ski resorts. Private onsen is a huge plus, where they have 3 that are opened 24/7.

“Great place to stay in Echigo Yuzawa”
Lovely place to stay, staff were super friendly including the men standing out the front to help with our luggage even though it was raining. Fantastic traditional Japanese breakfast, one of the best we had while in Japan, would definitely recommend.
