Good staff, good beds. Had several tickets for beers and to use for the onsen.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The size and style of the lodge made meeting and skiing with others easy for a lone traveller.

The location was a little tricky but I can see why snowboarders would go there. As we were not there to ski or snowboard, it made it a bit of a quiet part of our trip, as there was not much to do in the nearby town. But it was nice to relax and read a book, and we went to the onsen nearby which was very good, and did a snow-shoe tour one evening. The staff were very accommodating, and the place was cosy, a little untidy but very clean.

“Happy with my stay!”

The package come with breaky and dinner which I don’t have to bother looking for resto nearby. And I like that they have ticket each day for guests to choose going for onsen or drinks. They even provide towels for guests. On top of that, I love there is a lounge/ open area for people to mingle, rest, work. Good privacy with the curtain around the dormitory beds with a bed light you can use whenever you need.

The staff were very friendly, they offer a breakfast and dinner service which was very good value. The location is amazing, very close to multiple ski resorts and the views are amazing! We would definitely go back there.

The whole apartment is a cozy place. Very clean and well equipped. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Dinner provided was also very delicious. We also joined the snowshoe tour and it was very fun. Totally enjoyed it.

I loved this place! It’s a wonderful traditional Japanese hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable and we had everything we needed. Check in process was online so that made things easier than usual. They give you a complimentary voucher to use the onsen that’s just a few minutes walk away and we really enjoyed it. Would absolutely recommend!

“Friends weekend stay”

The building and facilities are new and well maintained. The included onsen tickets were really appreciated. The breakfast is good quality and great value. Plenty of sinks and washrooms for if there are many people staying. Having the fire on in the main room is lovely to come back to after a day out in the cold. The staff were also very attentive and accommodating for our many questions and requests over messages.
