Very convenient location right next to the ropeway, the staff were really friendly and helpful, rooms and facilities perfectly clean! It’s a good option for traditional tatami room stay with good facilities - also drying room for ski gear.

The shared bathrooms were clean and newish. It was near the Rope, walking distance to the ski area.

The location was brilliant! The team were very responsive to messages and willing to store luggage (including skis) before check in time.

The location was very convenient and easy to find. Great access to Mitsumata Ropeway and a nearby onsen. An unexpected plus was the look of the room doors - a variety of different sizes, tall, short, wide, as you walk down the hallway to your room really gave the place a playful and unique feel.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The facilities were mostly very good. Ski clothing and equipment hire was easy and efficient, and gear was good quality and in good condition. Room was warm and comfortable. Good location - cable car to the slopes was about 200-300m up the road. Overall, would be highly recommended if breakfast was available.

The whole venue is massive with friendly and helpful staff. Most of the details were very thoughtful. The cottage is fully equipped with everything that we needed. There is also a public bath within 10 min walk and the Mitsumata ropeway within 5 min walk. A great spot for people who came here for winter sports.

Location is very convenient and directly next to Kagura ropeway lift for the skiresort.

It was very close to the ski resort. Like, it was walking distance. The staff were super friendly and they really tried hard to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

clean, convenient for Kagura resort, good value

Great location near Mitsumata ropeway and bus stop. Restaurant and souvenir shop is 7 minute walk away. Layout was good, the ski room, bath and luggage room were close to each other. Discount lift ticket vouchers were available from the front desk. The welcome email from the hotel was very informative, bus timetables and taxi phone number was easily accessible from the front desk.

Location is excellent for skiing, can't really get much better for Mitsumata Ski area access. Of course there are no restaurants or shops near there. It was clean and tidy. We had a tatami matt room which had enough space for 3 people with no issues. Staff were friendly, hardly needed to talk to them other than to check in and out.
