Everything is great including clear room, comfortable onsen, helpful service staff and shuttle bus between hotel and train station...etc. I had a wonderful stay !

The whole hotel is very clean and stylish. The owner couple are both very friendly and kindly, always very gentle to helping us and every customers. The Yuzawa Yuzawa Hotel is the part of landscape of Echigo-Yuzawa, the gentle and warmly place, hope everything goes well and luck.

The team at Denkiya is absolutely amazing! So lovely, thoughtful and helpful. We had a brilliant stay here and loved the shuttle buses to and from Iwaparra, the steamy onsens and the lovely, light-filled room. The daily breakfast was so delicious and the perfect way to start the day. We are so grateful for such a wonderful time!

The room for the two of us was spaciousness that can sleep 4-6 persons. It was apparent that some renovation has been taken to our room may be a few years ago.

Close to Lawsons. Good price. Free shuttle bus to Yuzawa station and several ski resorts. Rental helmets and goggles. Quiet. Good onsen.

We only spent a night here.. I wish we had stayed a few nights though. It’s very nice. The onsen is just beautiful. The room had a tatami mat and felt traditional in a way most of our other hotels had not. It was a very nice experience. The communication was great and the staff were so helpful in guiding us through connecting with the free shuttle bus.

What beautiful, helpful and incredible staff! They organised everything for us - picked up from the train station, allowed us into our room early (as it was available), supplied and fitted our snowsport rental gear (boards, skiis, boots, clothes, helmet, goggles etc) at an excellent price, provided discounted lift tickets (cash only, daily), dropped us and picked us up at the ski lifts daily, and dropped us at the station at the end. Our 6-person room with private bathroom was perfect for four adults. We loved the traditional Japanese room and sitting on the floor for our meals and sleeping on the futons was fun - the fluffy doonas were so snuggly. The onsen was amazing to start and end our days. There is a Lawson a few minutes walk down the road which was helpful for breakfast and light supper options (we ate lunch on the slopes at one of the many restaurants). What an awesome stay, we will stay again!

The onsen was nice. The hotel place has a nice friendly vibe. We ordered dinner, it was delicious. There was also few shuttle service to ski resort and train station.

Amazing customer service, the boss lady was very kind and good at English. Shuttle bus services were very convenient and let you skip the public bus line at the ski resort! Hotel was very clean and the onsen was awesome. Absolutely loved the stay here, would come again.

The owners and staff were very nice. The accommodation is a bit away from the train station, but they were always happy to drive us back and forth. Breakfast was a truly Japanese experience and it was delicious. The fact that there was an onsen was also fantastic.

Spacious shared spaces and lobby. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel shuttle to the station was really convenient! The onsen was great, though the information on the listing could have made it clearer that the rooms with shared bathrooms referred to the communal baths connected to the onsen where there are no private cubicles 😂
