“Very family friendly and great for snow fun!”

Amazing location for family fun snow days. Caters to Japanese families, very family friendly with kids comfort in mind.

Ski in ski out, easy to access from Tokyo, shuttle bus, ski hire and ski lockers were close, family friendly. Food was good.

Shuttle bus is available within a walking distance which is very convenient. It takes about 20 minutes from the train station to the hotel. The room is large and warm. We didn't purchase the meal-included plan so we sorted our meals from the convenient store on the ground floor, which is fine for two days. Although the shower room is very small, there is hot spring (Daiyokujō) available which we enjoyed very much. There are two snow resorts nearby (one is just ski-in ski-out, the other is about 10 minutes walk). Nice!

“Average stay”

I like the onsen. There are 2 onsens in the hotel. One is newer than the other. So at least it won't be so crowded.

Loved the ski field directly outside, the onsens and the affordable and tasty onsite restaurant. Onsite ski shop is efficient, well priced and has everything you need.

There is a snow park with snow tubing just next to the hotel which my kids enjoyed. The onsen is good.

Good enough for basic needs, we were here for Fuji Rock so only stayed 1 night.

The place is crowded during our stay so the restaurant were full, we drove so we made trips out for dinner. Great slopes for the kids to ski & snow play.

Conveniently located with shuttle bus and walking distance to Nakazoto ski resort. Family mart downstairs was convenient too. Tamami was spacious and comfortable.

There was a beginners snow slope right there next to the hotel. We had some problems with lessons in English at the Ski school. They charge a fortunate are not flexible at all. The hotel staff go above and beyond to be helpful however- even driving me to an ATM when my card wouldn't work in their machine so I could hire ski stuff which is cash only. There is a locker key system for storing your bags on departure and arrival that can be confusing. The buffet is great and we loved the onson. There are cute robes in the room and a gym and pool. The room actually became too warm at night and we couldn't turn the heat down!

Meals were excellent with so much of Japanese local tastes. The FAMILY room was so spacy and clean. The HEATER equipment was also working very well so that we did not feel cold at all.

Ski in ski out. It was snowing when we were there. So fresh snow all the time during our stay. Chairlift is just 100 meters from the hotel back exit. Rental of snow equipment just infront of the hotel. You ll pay half of the rental rate if you stay in this hotel. Scenery....mesmerising!. Look forward for future trip here.
