Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Yolanda, the owner, was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. Although we faced a language barrier because she only speaks Spanish and we do not, she handled the situation very creatively and patiently by using a translation app to communicate with us. We are truly grateful for her hospitality and for the kindness and patience she showed us throughout our stay despite the language differences. The house itself is beautiful, combining authentic local charm with modern comfort. It feels incredibly cozy and inviting. The peace and quiet of the surrounding area are simply amazing – it truly is a little oasis of tranquility. I honestly do not remember the last time I slept as well as I did here! Our room was very spacious and comfortable, with stunning views of the surrounding hills and mountains. Every morning, we woke up to birds singing and cows mooing in the distance, which added to the unique countryside experience. Yolanda prepares a fresh breakfast every morning, and it is both delicious and plentiful. Everything was carefully prepared and made us feel right at home. The location is also excellent. If you have a car, the infrastructure is very good, and most of the area's attractions can be reached within 15–20 minutes. Even Santander is only about 30–35 minutes away. We highly recommend exploring the nearby small towns, villages, and beautiful beaches, as the region has so much to offer. Overall, this was one of the most relaxing and memorable places we have ever stayed. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for peace, comfort, authentic hospitality, and a perfect base for exploring Cantabria.

“Memorable stay”
We had a wonderful stay! The views were breathtaking, it was a perfect place to relax and unwind. The house was beautiful, well maintained and sparkling clean. Our host, Yolanda was warm and attentive, breakfast was delicious with homemade cakes traditional to the region. Everything was perfect, we would come back with pleasure!

“Superb B&B”
Everything, a lovely stay all round. Delicious continental breakfast, homemade cakes were a highlight. Spacious rooms and amble parking. Great view across the landscape as well. Good restaurants in Suances just a short drive away. Lovely host in Yolanda as well, muchu gracious!

“Room With A View...”
Our room was bright and had superb views across the surrounding countryside. Breakfast was served at our table. A choice of fresh items were offered. It was interesting to connect via a Translation phone app, as the owner didn't speak any english. Yolanda gave good advice about places to visit. Very quiet location, though not far from Santander and other nearby towns.

We were warmly welcomed by Yolanda, our stay was very comfortable, our breakfast on the terrace each morning was something to look forward too, normally you would have a buffet, but here Yolanda serves everyone personally with freshly prepared fruits, bread croissants, freshly baked cake and freshly squeezed orange juice.
