“Great holiday home”

We arrived after a long travel in the evening. It was already getting cold after the sunset, but the jacuzzi was hot. Having a cold beer, there was nothing better than watching the stars in the hot jacuzzi in that day!

Amazingly beautiful and uniquely cute little cottage. While it is located in a remote area on its own, it is very beautifully furnished internally. The dining area has full windows that allows us to view the area surrounding the house well. On a cloudless night, the stars in the sky can be seen very clearly. A lot of heart has gone into making the place so homely and cosy. My family thoroughly enjoyed it. One of my best homestays! Sarah was also an absolutely pleasant and responsive lady, taking my message late in the evening. Her place is certainly worth recommending! If I could, I would give more than the perfect 10!

“Home sweet home”

This felt like a clean, well designed and beautiful home away from home. My family loved staying there and we definitely want to go back! It’s a very short distance from Joshua tree but very calm and a beautiful night sky from where we could observe the geminide meteor shower. Mini splits in both main room make weather control perfect. It makes the house hot or cold when needed. We loved the jacuzzi and the cute garden. But more than anything the layout of the house, the comfortable bed and all the cute little games or books available. We felt safe and at ease. Loved loved loved JT Cottage.

Phenomenal interior decorations. Very comfortable. Loads of utensils for cooking, and close to the park entrance and nearby town.

The house was cozy, clean, in an excellent location for Joshua Tree, close to all essential services, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Grill and Jacuzzi an incredible plus, Sarah was a great host that Always answer to our questions :)

We had a wonderful Christmas stay at this cozy cottage near Joshua Tree National Park. The location was perfect for exploring the park, and the hot tub was a highlight—so relaxing under the stars. The cottage was well-equipped, beautifully decorated, and communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway!

Hi! Everything was super cozy, clean, comfortable! I loved this place and location! It was so quiet at night, beautiful views! I am definitely will plan another trip to Yucca Valley and stay here again! I have a Border Collie dog and I travel with her , and was so happy to find out that I can stay at this place with my pet :) Thank you very much!

We really loved the cottage which is not merely functional but furnished with great attention to detail. Sarah goes out of her way to make her guests feel cozy and welcomed. We especially enjoyed the already preheated whirlpool, perfect for a an evening after a hike in the magnificent Joshua Tree NP!

“A gem in the middle of the Joshua Tree”

The Cottage is lovely, right in the middle of the Joshua Tree National Park. Very clean, Sarah was extremely helpful, kind and with great eye for detail. Highly recommended!

The cottage is cosy, light and clean and close to Joshua Tree. The owner has done a great job to make this place feel like a comfortable home using high quality interior materials and kitchen appliances . We had a great time staying here and did the Black Rock Canyon trail at the park. Three of our family members stayed here before us and also had an excellent time.

Really beautifully decorated property that is both quirky and quaint. Lovely outside space and hammock chairs and hot tub. Feels nice and secluded surrounded by the desert and yet a great location near to shops and easy reach of Joshua Tree west entrance. We had a nice chilled stay and would recommend to friends.

We thought that the house layout was interesting, with several interesting areas (rooms) to chose from to hang out (the front area with the view, the living room adjacent to the kitchen, as well as the family-type room with the TV ... all nicely set up with their own flavour). We enjoyed the nook for the meals, and the view while we were eating was great. The kitchen was superbly provided for, with more than we needed. The house was tastefully decorated. We felt great statying there. The host(s) did a fantastic job with this place... and the online images that we looked at only partially portrait the place as it really is. It looks quaint online, but it is actually super nice and well laid out inside.

“Amazing house and area”

We had such an amazing time in Sarah´s house. The house is very well cared, clean and nicely decorated. It has been a great choice and I will be back for sure. The bed was so comfortable and we had a chance to see a beautiful sunrise from the porch of the house. Highly recommended! Thank you Sarah for this great experience.
