“Beautiful place that i can't wait to visit again!”
The place was so beautiful, the room was wonderful, the food was the best i had in my entire 15 day trip. Kaya Yama no Ie is a total gem - the room and facilities were all very clean. The bed was super comfy, and so were the pajamas that were provided! Stayed for just one night and felt really sad to leave. Would be great to stay for at least 2 or 3 nights.

everything there is perfect,the boss is very kind,and has amazing cooking skill.i am not good at sharing experience.but i wolud say that if i have chances,i will go there again and again.

We loved the location. It's in a beautiful valley of the Kyoto prefecture. Far away from hectic city. The perfect place to reflect and do some daytrips (by car). Make sure to taste the chef's menu (reservation required).

Beautiful location and the owner has an eye for every little detail. We had a magnificent breakfast. Next time I will make sure we can have diner to! A place to wind down completely and enjoy nature at its best.

“Gorgeous and unique communal countryside space with a view of the valley and surrounding mountains”
Space was interesting and attractive, larger but cozy, simple but great rooms with excellent views. Toilets and bathroom are communal but the bathtub was wonderful. Food is excellent.
