“no sleep, very noisy, uncomfortable small bed and pillows”
lovely room but the noise from outside stopped us sleeping, had no sleep at all as the traffic svd nose was constant outside! Bed was small and pillows lumpy. Didn’t stop for breakfast, left at 4am as needed sleep in our own bed where it was quiet. Staff very friendly but overall experience was dreadfull!

“A clean, convenient stay with everything we needed.”
The room was clean & comfortable, I liked the colourful chairs! The staff were helpful. A pretty good choice at breakfast. It was great to have parking there and a convenient location.

Great location just outside the city wall, peaceful but with a great selection of restaurants close by away from the hustle and bustle. Good breakfast selection.

Great location within easy walking distance from the city centre and The Barbican venue. Breakfast was brilliant with large choice of hot and cold food, well served. Booking arrangements went well and it was lovely to have a beer at rhe end of the evening.

The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed a little small however comfortable. Breakfast was included in the price and was very good. Background music would have been nice during breakfast. However we would certainly stay here again. Good safe parking. Thank you

it was a good size room brilliant breakfast good atmoshere in the downstairs pub very close to walk to centre city we found a laundry that was 500metres approx just through city gate good staff

Location was in easy walking distance of York Centre, and tte Barbican where we went for a music event. Breakfast was very good. Bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Staff were very welcoming
