There is a very nice atmosphere at the accommodation and the Host was very welcoming and friendly. There are no Mills provided but there is a nice well equipped kitchen

“Excellent stay for weddinf”
We stayed here for two nights as we were getting married at the registry office. It was a convenient location and the room was spacious. The owner was so welcoming and friendly and upgraded us for our wedding. Would definitely stay again next time we are in York.

Couldn't really fault this place. Comfortable bed; really clean. Very near to York town Centre. Welcoming, friendly and thoughtful host. Good kitchen and lounge facilities. Would highly recommend.

It was an easy walk from the station and to most of the things we wanted to see. The check in and check out was super easy and fast. Our room was as advertised and the host was welcoming and helpful with recommendations around town.

“Well worth a stay”
Such a friendly welcome, I instantly felt relaxed! My only gripe was the heat of the room but I was on the top floor during a heatwave, and a fan was provided!!

Close walking distance to town. Nice and clean and friendly people. We had everything we needed. Shower was great, bed comfy and room had all we needed plus more.

“It was a good place, a clean place in a quiet location not far from everything. At a great price!”
The room had everything you needed, the bathroom facilities were well kept and clean, as was the main bedroom. The location wasn't far from the centre either. And for the price it was all fantastic.
