Its was a lovely place. About 15 min drive into York. Very clean and well kept. Lovely bathroom and bed was so comfy. Also the little breakfast hamper was great.

Lovely property and owners very polite and welcoming was a lovely weekend away not far from York at all… was lovely few nights after our wedding. Breakfast was lovely and the old potting shed was beautiful inside. Very clean. Thank you was a lovely stay.

Beautiful private relaxing place with beautiful surroundings. We had a lovely stay and the potting shed has everything you need for a short stay and was exceptionally clean and comfortable. We walked to the park and ride along an old cycle path which was a lovely walk of around 2 miles and took less than an hour. Nick & Margie were lovely hosts and just left you to it and were on hand if you wanted anything. We would highly recommend if you were visiting bustling York.

Beautiful place. Breakfasts are excellent. As a person with a walking disability, the owners gave me advice on the steps to gain access. Which helped me a lot . My only concern was the toilet which was a bit low. I did struggle. Everything else was great and I would recommend this place.

We arrived at the property with a warm welcome. Our room was beautiful, very clean and homely, had everything we needed and more. The breakfast was lovely, we had a choice of everything and delivered to the door each morning it was a really lovely gesture. Highly recommend we really enjoyed our stay!

The couple was absolutely lovely and so helpful! The breakfast was beautiful and so fresh. The place was absolutely spotless and the bathroom was to die for! We had a slight issue with the tv but within 2 minutes Nick came around and fixed it straight away! We would definitely stay again! 1000%

The whole stay was amazing, the property is just beautiful, the bed is so comfy , the bathroom is awesome. The area is brilliant , close to the designer outlet and 15 mins from York. 2 mins walk to pub. The hosts were so friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was a real treat , I highly recommend this amazing place and will be back very soon.

Excellent location and exceptionally clean! Everything you could possibly need for a short stay, including breakfast (at your preferred time) which came in a beautiful basket at the door. A real credit to the owners, Nick and Margie.
