“Brilliant stay”

House was lovely and comfy spotlessly clean well equipped just like being in your own home. The location was brilliant only 5 mins walk to the center of York would definitely stay again. I had good communication from the hosts.

We appreciated that the accommodation was very child friendly - children's plates, cutlery, a step stool. The hosts had clearly thought beyond the normal cot and high chair with other items available if we had needed them. The location was excellent for walking into town.

The property is very conveniently situated just outside the City Walls by Monkgate, a short walk to nearly all the tourist destinations. The hosts were very welcoming, being flexible to suit us. The house is very well fitted out, having been modernised. There were all sorts of little things, like dishwasher tablets and a welcome pack.

Location geographically was excellent. The standard of accommodation very good too. Easy parking also and the owners seemed very friendly and accommodating. Initially we thought we had made an excellent choice.

Great location to the centre of York. Plenty of space for a two bedroom townhouse. It was lovely and cosy and the little gifts of shortbread and crisps was a lovely touch.
