Very clean, loved the decor. Was very comfortable to stay there and had a wonderful nights sleep. Jonathan, our host was very easy to talk to and be in communication with, he let us check in early and was super helpful. Definitely would stop again.

Jonathan was absolutely amazing and provided us with a map of York with recommended independent venues. He's full of local knowledge and is a real people-person. The breakfast was amazing and made fresh to order by Jonathan and the rooms were really well maintained, a decent size, and exceptionally comfy. The establishment is a leisurely stroll from the city centre or, alternatively, you can easily catch the bus across the road or a taxi. It's very quiet at night so you're guaranteed a good night's sleep.
