Fabulously quiet location and good spot for the coast, York, Hull, Whitby. Excellently kept property with lots of space for 4 of us. Ensuites for both rooms with underfloor heating - lovely. Well resourced kitchen and lovely torch of a Welcome treat to greet us upon our arrival, milk scones, jam. Nice touch. Lots of space for parking.

Check in was very easy and the area is quiet and relaxing. The cottage is clean and has good facilities for cooking. It all made for a comfortable and relaxing stay in North Yorkshire. Would definitely recommend for a couple or small family.

The renovations to the property were excellent, changing it from a workshop (used originally by the current owner) to an extremely comfortable and well-equipped cottage, with another next door. There were many lovely touches that made us feel very at home. A lot of thought and care had gone into the layout, making it perfect for our stay. The village and surrounding area were pretty and quiet, but it was easy to get to nearby towns and cities. The coffee shop next door was lovely too!

Clean,tidy perfect facilities. Beds were comfortable with plenty of bathrooms for the 4 of us. The kitchen was well equipped. The sofas were comfy and enough for all of us. Lovely little welcome tray with tea,coffee and scones. The fire was perfect for a warm cosy night. Location was perfect and quiet.

Absolutely stunning cottage, immaculately clean inside & out. Hosts were fantastic, when we asked about drying our towels.

The cottage is simply beautiful & very well thought out. Everything was of such good quality. The owners have clearly put a lot of thought and consideration into this, even going the extra mile and providing a welcome tray of treats & milk in the fridge, which was very much appreciated. The cottage is pristine and had everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The kitchen is very well equipped making it easy to self-cater. Supermarkets just under 5 miles away. I liked that one of the en-suite bathrooms had a bath as well as a shower. I wish we could have stayed longer and will certainly consider again for longer stays in the area.

Beautiful cottage, very clean and spacious. Everything we needed as a group of three. Lovely living space to relax in. Perfect for a peaceful weekend - quiet and scenic location. We had very little planned other than Pool Bridge Farm and planned to eat in so ideal for us. Also appreciated Richard stopping by to check in and let us know we could get in touch if we needed anything. Wasn't necessary in our case as everything was just as expected!
