Bed too low for disabled. Dangerous exit from lift for disabled opposite stairs if reversed too quickly. No signs for guidance. Price was expensive did not stay for breakfast. Stayed in other quality hotels for less and all inclusive of breakfast.

It’s in a good location. Clean and welcoming. The rooms are well equipped and each is a little different. Easy, free parking close to reception. Really nice restaurant attached. Not too far from York centre but you would need to drive or get a taxi in.

Large room with a nice big bed and well equipped. Very well designed room with a spacious bathroom equally well designed. Sound proofed and air conditioned. Excellent breakfast. Large parking areas on site.

Everything. From check in until check out. Food in the restaurant is really great even if we didn’t include breakfast but we had dinner. So good. They cleaned our room even if we didn’t ask it to be cleaned. Just be cautious next time especially if people didn’t say it needs cleaning, otherwise the room will be cleaned without them asking thanks!

“Stayed 5th - 7th July 26' for a wedding weekend”
Firstly I have to highly commend house keeping, the room was immaculate throughout our stay. All the staff are friendly and nothing seems too small an ask. Location is stunning. As a wedding guest we found the whole organisation of the day to be be smooth allowing the bride and groom to enjoy the day.
