What a wonderful stay! The hosts are honestly the best we have ever met – so warm, welcoming, and thoughtful. The flat is beautifully maintained and has such a lovely family feel to it. Every little detail has been considered, and it has absolutely everything you could need for a comfortable stay. It felt like a home away from home. We only wish we had booked more nights! Thank you for such a fantastic stay – we would love to return.

The contacts Carol and Peter was very helpful and informative. Ideally situated a short walk into York centre, the apartment was well stocked with food, milk, orange juice and cereals. Very comfortable, lovely view across the road with parking.

The property was in a great location close to the centre, on arrival Peter was there to meet us and show us around the apartment which was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed, the extra touches where so thoughtful milk, orange juice, chocolate biscuits and more such a great host will definitely be back

What a gem!!! Peter, the wonderful host, went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We had everything we needed and could have easily stayed longer as a family of 5. The location was perfect and it was an easy walk into the city centre. Definitely recommend!!

Comfortable and clean apartment in a great location close to town and with the added bonus of car parking. The owner was very helpful and welcoming, and the added touches like providing milk and other essentials were much appreciated. A lovely place to stay and would happily recommend.
