“Very convenient location on the bus route. No parking expenses.”
Very clean property. Spacious living room. Prosecco was a welcoming touch. Very convenient for buses, right outside. Secure gates and plenty of parking spaces. Nice garden too.

Apart from a couple of extremely minor niggles (no note to say platform 1 is outside main house, flat batteries in TV remote, disappearing checkout instructions), this place would be a perfect 10.

“This stunning apartment exceeded our expectations.”
The property was really special and a great location to access the city centre and the racecourse. The gardens and setting were beautiful. This continued inside the lobby and finally to the stunning apartment. Would 100% visit again. The only things that wasn’t a great experience was the communication as I think it was a chat bot and gave multiple conflicting answers to my questions. This however was quickly resolved by a quick conversation to the property management company who were very helpful. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

My wife's birthday so wanted the best and it was. Conveniently located, modern clean and easy to access York. Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend highly recommend.

“Wonderful stay in beautiful York”
Wonderful stay! Perfect location 10 mins from city walls, free parking safe and appreciated. Inside the decor is gorgeous, the beds super comfy, the sofa also, the layout is great, tin bath very nice, good bathroom space, overall excellent quality and standard is 10/10 throughout. Free tea, coffee, sugar, salt and pepper and a bottle of Prosecco provided, lovely! Please stay here you won’t regret it! Gorgeous property. Fantastic value for money.

Stunning apartment which was beautifully decorated. Felt really cosy and homely and had everything we needed for two night stay in December. Also loved the little added touch of the Christmas tree which really felt extra special.

Loved the flat. The decor was beautiful. Bed super comfy. It had everything we needed for a cosy few days in, cooking for ourselves. The location was amazing, just a short walk into the city or to local amenities. Access was straight forward and private. Neil, the host was great and super quick to respond. We stayed in December but i can imagine the outside area would be lovely to enjoy during the warmer spring/summer months!
